TBC operate a number of integrated call centres and web sites in British Columbia. Call Centres: One in Vancouver with approximately 70 seats and a number of other remote ones spread around the province and on the US border. These provide tourism information and guaranteed (confirmed) reservations at most of the hotels in the province.

The software to power all this is infoRM running on a Hewlett Packard database server, supported locally by ISM-BC and via the internet by Infocentre in Toronto and the UK. A series of native Java transactions provide an interface to the infoRM database. infoRM in BC is linked into the "Royal Bank of Canada" for credit card authorisation and debiting for bookings sourced either in the call centres or via the web.
