If you have an existing website, we can easily add a sign-up form directly onto that site. This allows anyone visiting the website to see that, not only are you running a newsletter type service, but also show they are interested by signing up.
Sign-up Details Gathered
Once someone has signed up to your service, their information is automatically passed into your Email Marketing Management (EMM) backend and included in a specific list. You can then view all the details of this sign-up and when they were added, ready to be included in the next relevant Email Issue, all from a personal login to your EMM.
Edit your Email Template
The Templates we create are done in such a way that the content can be added online from your EMM.
This means you can use the same template using different
content with each issue. This will allow you to maintain
consistency with your recipients. Once edited, you can test the email by sending it
to your own address, or running a 'Spam Test' online.
Select who you want to receive the email & when
Once you have written the content of the Email, you then select
from your database who you want to receive your campaign and when. This involves checking off which
'lists' of contacts you want to send to. These Lists are populated by Online Sign-up's via your website, or manually added contact details.
View Compiled results of your Campaign
It is important with any type of marketing campaign that you
can measure its success. A set of results will show you the
following information:
- How many people have opened the Email
- How many times has the email been viewed
- Who clicked what links
- Who never received the email and why
These results will help you with future Email campaigns.
